Founder of MASE Training and an Eight-Year NFL Veteran Linebacker

Coach Eddie Mason, founder of MASE Training, is an eight-year NFL veteran linebacker playing with the New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Washington Redskins.  Coach Mason has been mentoring men, women and children for over 12 years since retiring from the NFL.  He has since been serving on multiple community outreach projects for Capital Community Church under Senior Pastor Chester L Mitchell.  As well as serving as i9 Sports Commissioner and working for the NFL Legends Community as Director of On-field Operations for NFL PREP 100 Series.  He has won multiple community awards for both professionally as an athlete as well as community activist.  His passion in life is his relationship with Jesus Christ, His Wife, Kids, Community and Purpose to Change Lives.  His hearts mission is to see people from all walks of life experience true change even from many of the trials that the game of life sometimes presents.  Deciding to make the right calls by embracing the right playbook in the game of life to create success personally, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Coach Eddie Mason has also been rated in the top 5% of fitness trainers in the nation; and is a NSPA, SPARQ and EXOS Certified Trainer. Eddie and his team continually services more than 250 individual clients each month.
